I am running my composition in 3840x1080. I have watched all the videos and still I can't make sense why this is so difficult. I have done this with several other programs and I find it odd that it's taking so long. I am hoping to get some insight as the correct way to make this happen. Are there ways to control what edge I am blending because at times I see it disappear and it doesn't come back until toggling the button several times? I almost feel like the edges are backwards when rendering and the fades should be reversed. After playing with it over and over I start playing around with the settings and I am unable to complete a perfect blend. Other times the rendering will not show the soft edge preview. After that I turn on soft edge and I notice that at times my preview will black out. I align both slices and link them together and set a 10-15% overlay. I am running two separate screens off a GTX1080. I don't know if I have been going about this wrong or something is making this harder then it should be.
Two projectors edge blending church install#
I spent several hours at a temporary install trying to blend two projectors for a church show with a giant screen backdrop. It also It also expands the capabilities of Christie AutoStack, working with more than 12 projectors in a single display, provided that the camera can see all the projected images in its field of view.I am looking for some help in understanding what might be going wrong or if the soft edge has a bug. AutoStack uses screen points for quick geometric calibration, in under two minutes per projector.Ĭhristie AutoStack Premium provides the same capabilities as AutoStack but can be used with flat, curved, cylindrical or portrait display screens. Christie AutoStack is designed for flat screens and supports various screen sizes and aspect ratios, for as many as 12 projectors, configured up to 2 high by 3 wide and then double-stacked as necessary for additional brightness or redundancy.
Two projectors edge blending church software#
This camera-based software automatically aligns and blends with unsurpassed accuracy. Precisely control multiple, edge-blended images, and warp displays to almost any projection surface – flat, curved or spherical. AutoStack Premium lets you project onto curved or cylindrical screens and portrait orientation displays.ĭesigned with end-user applications in mind, Christie Twist lets you expertly edge blend multiple, curved images seamlessly, on all four sides, for up to six projectors.

Seamless, edge-blended displays – blend the edges of multiple curved images with repeated accuracy and speed.Ĭhristie’s edge blending and image warping solutionsĬhristie AutoStack or Christie Twist can precisely control multiple, edge-blended images and warp displays on almost any projection surface – quickly and easily.Harness the power of multiple projectors – blending technologies make it fast and easy to get perfectly-blended displays. What can blending and warping solutions offer? The appearance of banding is eliminated and a single image is created across the screen. The video signal from one projector is gradually faded out through the banded zone, while the adjacent projection or channel is faded up. Done poorly, the display from multiple projectors will show a visible band where the projected images overlap.Įdge-blending technology solves that problem. When done well, a single display using multiple projectors produces large, bright, high-resolution images. Show multiple, edge-blended images and create warped displays, quickly and easily, on any projection surface. Christie Projector Edge Blending and Image Warping
